With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
If the item we provide is faulty or damaged in any way then, in the first instance, please contact us to discuss. Depending on what the problem is we may be able to remedy it. If we cannot then we will arrange for the item to be returned to us at our expense.If you find that you want to return the item for any other reason then you will be responsible for the costs of returning it to us.In either instance, you must return the goods unused and undamaged (unless delivered damaged) and in the original packaging.You must not return any item without contacting us first. You may have guessed from the name, but Dawes' new ARC II is an improved version of their previously very popular ARC folding electric bike.
Not only does an electric bike offer the convenience of allowing you to get further, quicker ...but this model also neatly folds away to be stored at home, at the office or on public transport. The frame has received the greatest improvement with its more sleek looking design, and the battery is discretely hidden away inside the tubing. Not only does it power the 250W BAFANG rear motor, but it also has a port for charging mobile devices on the move too! On a full charge you’ll have no issues riding approximately 30-35km which should be more than enough for most commuters and leisure cyclists alike. And, as with all Dawes' e-bikes, you can charge the battery on or off the bike.
They find the 20" wheel size offers the perfect blend of comfort, stability and speed whilst also being small enough to fold down to an easy to manage size. All of this, coupled with a fully adjustable, telescopic handlebar stem, 550mm seat post, powerful mechanical disc brakes and a Shimano 6 speed drivetrain, Dawes thinks any ARC to follow this is going to have a lot to live up to!
