If the item we provide is faulty or damaged in any way then, in the first instance, please contact us to discuss. Depending on what the problem is we may be able to remedy it. If we cannot then we will arrange for the item to be returned to us at our expense.
If you find that you want to return the item for any other reason then you will be responsible for the costs of returning it to us.
In either instance, you must return the goods unused and undamaged (unless delivered damaged) and in the original packaging.
You must not return any item without contacting us first. When you contact us, we will advise you on what to do.
